Go Limo – Terms and Conditions

1.Additional Charges

Additional fees such as tolls, parking, airport/regulatory fees, and fuel surcharges will be itemized on your final bill when applicable.

2. Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in all Go Limo vehicles. Clients must also ensure that no illegal substances are brought into the vehicle.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Sedans & SUVs: Cancellations are subject to full charges once the booking is
  • Stretch Limos, Party Buses & Sprinters: All reservations are final and non-refundable upon cancellation.
  • Chauffeur Not Located: If you’re unable to locate your driver, please call us immediately at +1 647 223-5666 to avoid cancellation charges.
  • Change in Travel Plan: Notify us as soon as possible if your flight is missed or plans change, so we can adjust your reservation accordingly.

Policy is subject to change depending on reservation date, market demand, and vehicle availability.

4. Wait Time – Airport Arrivals

Go Limo tracks all incoming commercial flights. Standard complimentary wait times are:

  • Domestic: Up to 40 minutes
  • S. Arrivals: Up to 60 minutes
  • International: Up to 75 minutes

If delays occur (e.g., baggage claim issues), inform dispatch. Additional wait time may incur extra charges.

 

5. Wait Time – Non-Airport Transfers

Fifteen (15) minutes of complimentary wait time is included. After that, standard hourly charges apply in 10-minute increments.

6. Hourly Rate Policy

Trips involving multiple stops or wait-and-return service are billed hourly. A two-hour minimum applies.

7. Luggage Policy

Luggage must not exceed the vehicle’s capacity. Inform us in advance if additional luggage space is required so a suitable vehicle can be arranged.

8. Rate Estimate Disclaimer

Quoted prices are estimates. Final cost may vary based on actual wait time, detours, or added services.

9. Holiday Travel Surcharge

Additional fees may apply during holidays. Please confirm at the time of booking.

10. Fuel Surcharge

Fuel surcharges are calculated based on average rates published by the EIA. Final charge may differ from the initial quote.

11. Lost or Damaged Items

Go Limo is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. A delivery fee may apply if we return any found items.

12. No-Show Policy

Failure to appear at the designated pickup location will result in full fare and waiting charges. To avoid this, call +1 647 223-5666 if you cannot locate your vehicle.

13. Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards and offer monthly billing options for corporate clients.

14. Reservation Termination

Go Limo reserves the right to terminate a reservation at any time for safety, misconduct, or legal reasons. No refunds will be issued in cases of misconduct or damage caused by the client.

15. Vehicle Damage or Cleaning Charges

Clients are responsible for any damage or cleaning required, including:

  • Vomit: $150
  • Alcohol Spills: $100
  • Burns/Upholstery Damage: Minimum $500
  • Door Collision: Charges vary

16. Credit Card on File

A valid credit card is required for all reservations. Charges may be processed at the time of booking.

17. Inclement Weather Policy

Go Limo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical issues. If a booked vehicle is unavailable, a comparable alternative may be provided.

18. Child Safety Seats

Child seats are provided as a courtesy. Installation is the client’s responsibility. Go Limo is not liable for improper installation or related incidents. All seats comply with Canadian safety standards.

19. Pets Policy

Pets are allowed in secured kennels only. Kennels must remain off seats and trunks. Larger pets may require a cargo van. Clients are responsible for the pet’s cleanliness and behavior during transport.
