Go Limo – Terms and Conditions
Additional fees such as tolls, parking, airport/regulatory fees, and fuel surcharges will be itemized on your final bill when applicable.
Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in all Go Limo vehicles. Clients must also ensure that no illegal substances are brought into the vehicle.
Policy is subject to change depending on reservation date, market demand, and vehicle availability.
Go Limo tracks all incoming commercial flights. Standard complimentary wait times are:
If delays occur (e.g., baggage claim issues), inform dispatch. Additional wait time may incur extra charges.
Fifteen (15) minutes of complimentary wait time is included. After that, standard hourly charges apply in 10-minute increments.
Trips involving multiple stops or wait-and-return service are billed hourly. A two-hour minimum applies.
Luggage must not exceed the vehicle’s capacity. Inform us in advance if additional luggage space is required so a suitable vehicle can be arranged.
Quoted prices are estimates. Final cost may vary based on actual wait time, detours, or added services.
Additional fees may apply during holidays. Please confirm at the time of booking.
Fuel surcharges are calculated based on average rates published by the EIA. Final charge may differ from the initial quote.
Go Limo is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. A delivery fee may apply if we return any found items.
Failure to appear at the designated pickup location will result in full fare and waiting charges. To avoid this, call +1 647 223-5666 if you cannot locate your vehicle.
We accept all major credit cards and offer monthly billing options for corporate clients.
Go Limo reserves the right to terminate a reservation at any time for safety, misconduct, or legal reasons. No refunds will be issued in cases of misconduct or damage caused by the client.
Clients are responsible for any damage or cleaning required, including:
A valid credit card is required for all reservations. Charges may be processed at the time of booking.
Go Limo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical issues. If a booked vehicle is unavailable, a comparable alternative may be provided.
Child seats are provided as a courtesy. Installation is the client’s responsibility. Go Limo is not liable for improper installation or related incidents. All seats comply with Canadian safety standards.
Pets are allowed in secured kennels only. Kennels must remain off seats and trunks. Larger pets may require a cargo van. Clients are responsible for the pet’s cleanliness and behavior during transport.
